A Prettie Recipe
It's Wednesday. . . time for another Prettie Girl challenge! Two weeks ago Kristine challenged us to create a recipe card - great idea!! I have a ton of great recipes that I love but really do not know where many of them came from - other than from friends - are they copyrighted?? I have no idea! But since the holidays and party season is approaching I decided to use a recipe I have for yummy Mocha Punch! It's so easy and delicious - like a coffee float!
I printed the text on the computer and used a My Favorite Things set How Sweet It Is from the Paper Pretties Corner Store, but I did it with a "twist" I took the sentiment which reads "Sisters and Chocolate make life bearable and changed it using the word "Coffee" from the MFT set Hot Stuff. I also used the coffee beans from that set in the corner of the card. The little heart was added for a pop of color and is from Shower Time - 3 sets used on a such a simple card!
Be sure and check out the rest of the Prettie Girls' blogs (Alli, Charmaine, Christie, Jillian, Joanne, Julie, Kristine) to see their creations - some AMAZING stuff - pocket cards, card holders, just so great!! This week's challenge is issued by Julie, won't you please play along??!! Send me a link and have a great day! If I don't get to post tomorrow I wish you all a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
