Here's what you said . . .
Thank you so much to all who commented on my card yesterday!!! I have added I think all of the elements you suggested - most were to add a sentiment and add some dimension. I also added the olive rick-rack to the flower pot for some texture.
Since it's a gray day here today the colors did not photograph well, but I didn't change those, so . . .
I did add some dimensionals to 2 flowers and to the curtains as well as behind the sentiment.
Overall I'm now pleased with the card, it was fun to try something and I really do appreciate all your comments - it's so nice to have help out there for the asking! :)
I did make another version of this card - not quite the same - and have submitted it to the contest at Papertrey Ink. The winner will receive the newly to-be-released Papertrey set due out on Sunday morning. From the 2 samples Nicole has shown on her blog already it's going to be FABULOUS!
Have a great day everyone - I may be back with more later . . .
Perfect! I love the added dimension on the curtains!

Thanks so much for calling out my fundraiser for Sarah's walk. She's been so overwhelmed by everyone's generosity. I just knew that all the wonderful women I've met through SCS and now through blogging would be happy to help.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, I LOVE all the work you've done with PTI lately. Awesome! I can't wait for mine to arrive, and I'm going to *NEED* the new set that's coming out. It rocks from what we've seen from Nichole already! Well done as always Julie!
