Celebrate!
Good Monday morning everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We've got a busy week ahead so let's get right to it!
First, the big news is that Kitchen Sink Stamps will be releasing 3 NEW STAMP SETS next week! Woot! Be sure to check Maria's blog for sneak peeks this week - they are awesome sets!
I've been wanting to play around with the Multi-Step Lettuce set for a while so today I finally did! I made a fun one layer card using the lettuce and the cherry tomato from Multi-Step Tomato. Sort of a salad on a card - hee hee!
It's pretty straight forward I think, not much to explain. My color recipe for the lettuce is: Step 4 - (Olympia Green) Versafine, Step3 - (Landscape) Palette, Step 2 - (Pear Pizzazz, stamped off) SU!, Step 1 - (Pear Pizzazz stamped off 2x).
After I stamped the lettuce and cherry tomatoes I still wanted to add a little something so I decided to try something a bit different for me - Glimmer Mist. I masked the tomatoes and did one quick burst of Glimmer Mist. I like how it is darker in the center and fans out from there. What do you think? I kinda like it.
Visit the rest of the KSS Crew today and remember to stay tuned for new stamps next week!
