Bird Card
Good morning! I had a customer order to fill this weekend and needed a birthday card with a bird on it. Now would you believe that in all my stash I found very few birds? I did find this retired SAB set though so I went with it.
I used Jen del Muro's Sketch for You To Try from the weekend and some Afternoon Tea dp from SU! I messed around with the different elements of this card for a long time trying to find just the right combination. In the end there are a lot of layers but I think my customer will be very happy with it.
My 3 older children spent the night at their grandparents last night for only the second time. It's very strange to wake up to a quiet house - but I hope to have a little time to stamp this morning before they get home.
Have you been to the Paper Pretties' website to see what the big announcement is? Did you win the contest Christie was having? Go check out the news on the home page - very exciting! :) Have a great day!
Cardstock: Soft Sky, Chocolate Chip, Afternoon Tea dp, Watercolor Paper, Stamps: Garden Collage (retired SU), Inks: Burnt Umber Palette, Accessories: Watercolor Wonder crayons, Soft Sky stitched ribbon, Bella Baubles, Dimensionals, Word Window punch, Nestabilities
