Prettie Watercolor Wednesday
Good morning! I have another peek for you today and since I was behind in my Prettie Wednesday challenges I decided to do today's challenge as a peek! Two weeks ago Charmaine challenged us to watercolor. I love to use my Watercolor Wonder Crayons!! I don't know what I ever did without them - lol! Even now that I am starting to get a few Copics and enjoy using them and Prismacolor pencils, I still love the effect you can get with watercoloring.
Today's peek is using the new Paper Pretties' set Simply Special. Isn't this such a pretty image? I went for a bit of a distressed/vintagey look here, but just a touch. The paper is really what inspired me and I also wanted to use my new Cuttlebug Floral Fantasy folder. One more thing, I started out using Jen's Sketch For You To Try . . . it doesn't follow perfectly but it's close enough that I wanted to give the credit! :)
So last week Jillian challenged us to Take the Week Off!! Wasn't that sweet!! Maybe I can truly get caught up - lol! Remember, the 3 new Paper Pretties sets are being released on Friday night (April 11) in conjunction with Pretties' Pajama Party - go look at Christie's post here for all the details. It's really a fun night, stamping and chatting! :)
