Pink Bella
Thank you all for the birthday wishes yesterday!! I had a pretty good day . . nothing too overwhelming but it was fun to see my girls more excited than I was over my birthday!! :) Emma (my little party planner) kept asking how much longer until my "party" and even wrapped up a little present for me (one of her stuffed animals she thought I would love!) How cute is that?! Both girls made me a card and I got some beautiful tulips for the table!
It was a good mail day too - I received my PTI order. I got both of the new colors and I have to say I really like them both! Since I had it sitting there right next to my new bella that came last week (and boy did they come fast with Em's new shipping - UPS - I LOVE it!!!! Thanks Em!!) I thought I'd try something. One of the challenges at the last Pretties Pajama Party was to make a monochromatic card. I didn't even try it that night but I've wanted to for a while.
So honestly, tell me what you think . . . does Ohsoprettybella work in monochromatics?? I have to say I kinda like it actually! It's definitely different - lol! :) I only used the 2 colors to color her in and then my gray watercolor crayon for shading and highlighting. I also used a clear Spica to add some bling! The ribbon is also PTI that I stampd with the Bella sentiment "It's a girl thing" - love that!!
Thanks for visiting! :)
