Christmas Project

Good Morning and a very Merry day after Christmas to everyone!!! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful day with friends and family! We had a very hectic day but a nice one! The children were so spoiled by our family and today have lots of things to play (and fight) with! LOL!!

I wanted to let you know about a banner ad that Maria is running on SCS today only. If you use the code BOWS today only you will get 15% off your Kitchen Sink Stamps order. So if you've been wanting some of those great sets now is the time!! Here is a gift set that I put together last week for my mother and my mother-in-law. I made them each 8 all occasion cards using my 3 Step Daisy set from KSS. This is set so pretty - everything I've seen made with it is just beautiful - and it works with so many different colors (Dee Jackson has made some gorgeous things with blue flowers!). There are 3 sizes of flowers and a few differents leaves, some great sentiments and even a cute ladybug! I used my Nestabilities to emboss the notecards before I stamped them and I love the way this makes them just a little extra special! The cardstock is Papertrey Select which is really nice for notecards since it's a heavier weight than SU! WW.
As you can see I used a number of different colors/inks and I will try to get a list together later. It was fun making each one slightly different yet still coordinating!

Go over and check out all the great KSS sets - you all have Christmas money burning holes in your pockets right?? LOL!! :) Have fun shopping!

ETA: Inks used: Box Band: Spring Pansy, Pearlescent Purple (both Dew Drops), Pearlescent Crimson, Black (ladybug), Card #1: Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Regal Rose, Card #2: Barely Banana, Summer Sun, More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie (stamped off for lighter color) Card #3: Pretty in Pink, Purely Pomegranite (stamped off for middle color), Pumpkin Pie (stamped off for light color), Card #4: Orchid Opulence (stamped off) Spring Pansy & Pearlescent Purple (both Dew Drops), all leaves: Certainly Celery, Wild Wasabi
