Bingo Sketch #2
I know I'm a bit behind, but here is my card for Julee's Sketch Challenge #2 in Beach Blogger Bingo. I had a lot of fun making this card! I wanted to try combining some papers and also sewing, which I haven't done in a while.
I love the Doodlebug circle paper, it just reminded me of ladybugs with all the dots and circles. The bottom paper is Dots & Dashes from SU! (now retired). The stamps are from Little Lady and Faux Ribbon from Papertrey Ink. If you can see it, I sewed the Doodlebug paper with a zigzag stitch to the Pixie Pink cardstock. I also sewed a line of straight stitching around the Tempting Turquoise circle - it's not perfectly circular, but doesn't that add to the charm?? :) I used the small dot in the Little Lady set to stamp polka dots on the Green Galore cardstock up above. And what about the little tag at the bottom? I used a word window layered with my rectangular sentiment, probably been done before but I thought it looked neat!
Puppy classes start tonight, should be fun! I have a couple RAK's to share later, but for now, have a great day everyone!
I love this card. You do such a great job putting colors together Julie! It's so happy!
