Apple for the Teacher! TCP Tuesday 227

It's TCP Tuesday at The Cat's Pajamas and time for a fun challenge from ME - your Hipster Hostess!  Since school has started and it's never too early to give the teacher a pick-me-up, let's create a Gift for the Teacher! I'm really wanting to focus this challenge on some kind of holder - either gift card or a small treat holder, a box or bag of some type that you create, but let your mind run wild and have fun!! :)

My mind went straight to caramel apples when I started thinking about this.  What could be better this time of year?  It's the old "apple for the teacher" only kicked up a notch or two!  Plus, I added a Dunkin Donuts gift card for a little something extra.

I used a few of my favorite products from The Cat's Pajamas, the Gift Card Envie CutUps die, the Sunflower Rosette CutUps die and the Stamp Trio CutUps die, along with the coordinating stamp set, Commemorating You.

Here's a close-up of the Gift Card Envie. I die cut it from some gorgeous Authentique paper, Lively that I got at eclectic Paperie.  I layered the Sunflower Rosette with some burlap, a pretty button and some Linen Thread.
