Fly High - TCP Tuesday 205

Good morning!! This week's TCP Tuesday Hostess With the Mostess is Miss Meowy herself!! We're using a great sketch that Leigh created but since Leigh's enjoying some sun and fun for Spring break, Alma's taken over the hostess duties!

I used Up, Up and Away from The Cat's Pajamas for a bright and sunny card today using paper from the Be Amazing paper pad from My Mind's Eye. I flipped the sketch so that my clouds, made with the Cloud Border CutUps die (one of my all time favorite CutUps dies!!), would be on top

I did a bit of paper piecing for the kite and then colored the rest of the image with Copics, giving the little penguin a sweet blush.
