On My Side
Good morning!! Busy busy busy today . . . getting ready to head to Vermont tomorrow for Stamping Around VT!! I can't wait!! I haven't been to Manchester in a few years or VT at in a while and I just can't wait to soak in some Vermont-ness!! Not to mention spending the weekend stamping away with lots of great stampers!! :)
So quick post today. . . this is another card I made using On My Couch from Papertrey Ink. I used some fun October Afternoon paper to piece the couch (with the cushions & pillow being a different OA paper). A teeny tiny brad was placed in the center of the pillow. I stamped the lamp and table separately and pieced the shade to match the pillows. The dp had a very dark shade of gray which matched the Smokey Shadow perfectly so that is what I used for the back layer. It's difficult to see but the gray has a pierced line down the side. I love the colors in this - the pink, soft sky and yellow are a neat combo I'll have to try again!
I'm off to get things going, packing, a little cooking, some picking up, laundry . . you know, the usual! :) Have a great day and a wonderful weekend my friends!
