On the First Day of Christmas . . .
Beginning today over at Paper Craft Planet, and lasting for the next 12 days, they are celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas! Each day has a different theme which corresponds to the song and each day is being sponsored by a different stamp company! Every day there will be a challenge and by participating you can win prizes from the wonderful companies sponsoring the challenges.
Today the challenge is being sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps and since it's day 1 - "A partridge in a pear tree" - you need to make a card with a tree or bird or both! Easy right?! Be sure to upload your card in the Paper Craft Planet galleryto day using the tag "12day1" and you will be entered for the chance to win 3-Step Poinsettia and 3-Step Bells from Kitchen Sink Stamps!
I pulled out my Playful Christmas set because I love those fun little trees so much!! I have been really into Kraft cardstock lately - maybe a trend?? :) BTW, see the post just below for your chance to win some Jules Jewels!! I also used Backgrounds & Borders for the little dotted line which is surrounded by a couple of scored lines.
PLUS: Please visit Kitchen Sink Stamps for the “Day After” One Day Sale and get 15% off your order! Use the Promotion Code: GOBBLE
So get your card made and head over to see what everyone else has come up with - there are so truly amazingly creative cards in the gallery already! Have a great day!
