Prettie Birthday Party

We're having another party!! It was Jackie's birthday last Friday so we're a bit late but hopefully she will forgive us!! :) My job was to bring the party hats and I went a bit western! I love cute little Howdy Girlfriend Sophia so I had to make a cowgirl hat card for her. I found a pattern on a website called ByDonovan.com - where there are TONS of templates - because I can't draw at all!

(NOTE: I think I wasn't technically supposed to use Howdy Girlfriend since she is not yet released. She is the Stamp of the Month Club stamp for August so club members are enjoying her now and she will be released publicly in September. I covered the card with some faux suede made by running a piece of cardstock through a crimper repeatedly until you can peal the layers apart and expose a sueded inner layer. The cute little sparkley stars were the perfect embellie for this card and were sent to me by Maria - thanks so much!! :)
