Purple Hibiscus
Playing with 3 Step Hibiscus from Kitchen Sink Stamps today and I fell in love with this color combination! Step 1 - Lavender Moon, Step 2 - Plum Pudding (both Papertrey Ink), Step 3 - Vintage Violet, Step 4 - Elegant Eggplant (both SU!). For the stamen I stamped the image with Lemon Tart, then Summer Sunrise (PTI), and More Mustard. I cut it out, adhered the smaller end and popped up the top with a dimensional. The leaves are done with Spring Moss (PTI), and Mellow Moss (stamped off for Step 2).
I paired up this pretty image with some gorgeous Webster's Pages (which I scalloped across the bottom) and Cosmo Cricket paper and Plum Pudding grosgrain ribbon. I added one beautiful deep purple Dew Drop from the Paris collection to the end of the ribbon and some paper piercing above to finish it off.
Are you remembering to check out Maria's sneak peeks? If you make a guess everyday you have a better chance of winning!! Also, a fellow member of the Crew, Dee Jackson, is having Sneak Peek Contest too - it's a tough one but enter a guess to win! :)
