Monday's Hydrangeas

Happy Monday! I have a very quick post today as we have a couple days of homeschooling to catch up today! Thank you so much for all your birthday wishes for Emma - she had a terrific birthday "weekend"!

I was playing with different ink combinations for my 3 Step Hydrangea set from Kitchen Sink Stamps yesterday and came up with this beautiful pale green hydrangea. This is the shade I love - almost while, almost green - this is the shade of hydrangeas that were in my wedding arrangements (I'll see if I can find a good picture to show you later.) I decided to keep this card simple - to let the focus be on the gorgeous flower. I used some pretty K&Co., paper to give it a soft feel and some hardware from We R Memory Keepers.

By the way, go check out all the GORGEOUS cards on SCS using Kitchen Sink Stamps! There are just some fabulous creations with this set and all the others - I'm constantly amazed at all the talented stampers out there! I'll come back this afternoon with more detail about the steps I used to make this flower as well as a list of the steps taken for the flowers and vase in this card (I've had a few questions about the colors and order so I'll list them out for you).

Have a great Monday everyone!!
