This card was done by Mimi Hornberger of Stampin With Mimi. I love this image - probably because I am a big fan of bubble baths, I think most women are, aren't they?? I'm not sure if you can tell from the photograph, but the white Cuttlebugged layer is covered with a piece of tulle which is actually sewed on to the front of the card - isn't that neat? The punched flowers are in between the tulle and the cardstock so that they can float freely. Great card Mimi!!
