Baby Thoughts

Sorry but I don't think I'll get to post anything new today. I had a doctor's appointment this morning which went well but I've been having mild contractions all day (most likely Braxton-Hicks but pretty regularly). The doctor said I was between 1-2 centimeters dialated so if things get any stronger I'll have to head into the hospital. Since I'm a repeat c-section they don't like you to contract at home too much due to the added risks, etc. So . . . that complicates things here a bit. Emma's party is tomorrow and I have so much to do but in addition to having the contractions I just feel yucky! I do hope these stop, Emma is so excited about her party and I really would love a to have a May baby (and an emerald for that mother's ring! LOL)! Oh well, what will be will be right? :) At least my favorite doctor is on call this weekend!

I'm going to post a few name frames here that I did for my nieces at Christmas. I had forgotten to photograph them and recently my SIL sent me the photos. It's funny how it worked out, but the 2 older girls, Alivia & Jillian both have middle names that I had in a stamp, "Grace" and "Faith" so it was neat to be able to add them easily. I really have fun doing these and trying to come up with something different.
Hope you like seeing them and I promise I'll and get something accomplished with my new goodies soon! My new Papertrey Ink set arrived yesterday, along with some of those cool Dewdrop inks from Eclectic Paperier. I can't wait to try them out!
Have a great day everyone - we'll keep you posted!!

  2. Oh, Julie. I'll say a prayer for you to hang on to that baby for a little while longer! Just sit and relax a bit. You don't have to do everything, some stuff just has to get pushed to the side. Take care of that little one!

  6. Good luck Julie...cross your legs! I had a tear a month before Charlotte was due and I was hoping she would come...but nope she stayed in and came on her due date. She was 9 lbs and 25.5" which is a bloody giant for a 5'4" chick with a short torso!
