Color Throwdown turns 100!

Welcome to my second post of the day (please scroll up to see Tiffany's Doodles Challenge 2)! It's a BIG day for our friends over at Color Throwdown - it's their 100th challenge!  Kitchen Sink Stamps is helping them celebrate in a BIG way by donating a fabulous prize!! And our very own Crew member Makiko is also their current Guest Designer.  The rest of the KSS Crew is playing along and we'd love to see you there too!  There are tons of prizes to be won!

For my card I used Happy Birthday Cupcake from Kitchen Sink Stamps.  Can I say how much I love this set???  It's so versatile and is great when you need a quick but cool birthday card!  The background paper was made using the set - it has a bunch of these different sized flowers that work perfectly for background!  The main image was stamped twice and then I cut out the cupcake and popped up with foam adhesive.  The solid circle was stamped with Baja Breeze ink and then die cut with a scalloped Nestabilities.  The cool thing is that the outer circle on the stamp is fairly wide so that I was able to use a scalloped circle and change the whole look of the stamp - love it!!
