New Bells
I have another Kitchen Sink Stamps card to share today. Remember 2 new sets were released on Tuesday, 3 Step Poinsettia and here is . . . 3 Step Bells. I decided to try something a bit different with the bells.
I just used the 1st step and stamped it with white ink on the red cardstock. Taking an idea from my fellow Crew member Dee, I used the top half of the diploma stamp from 3 Step Graduation for the handle. Then I stamped the smallest holly and berries from 3 Step Holly & Mistletoe on a piece of Eclipse tape (since it's nice and think and would look more like it was stamped right on the bell) and adhered it to the bell. The sentiment is from the 3 Step Bells set and is the same font as Vintage Words - I love it!! The dp is some pretty Webster's Pages paper.
I love that sometimes by just using 1 step of the stamps you can more uses from these beautiful multi-step KSS stamps!!
Cardstock: Old Olive, Very Vanilla (SU!), Red (?), Patterned Paper: Webster's Pages, Stamps: 3 Step Bells, 3 Step Graduation (Kitchen Sink Stamps), Ink: White Craft (SU!), Starlite Black (Brilliance), New Sprout (Memento), Wild Wasabi (SU!), Cottage Ivy (Memento), Ladybug Red, Rhubarb Stalk (Memento), Pearlescent Poppy (Brilliance), Accessories: Ribbon (May Arts), Brads, Corner Rounder Punch, Nestabilities
So what do you think of my little blog "tweak"?? I love it!! The fabulous Sara hooked me up with some pretty Thanksgiving-themed images, a pretty embossed background (love that!) and some siggie art for the November holiday! She's just the best - if you need a blog tweak or a total blog design you have to check out her services!!! Thanks Sara! :)
