Angel Wings
So have you seen the next Stamp of the Month Club Sophia stamp yet?? The Prettie Girls have had some amazing cards with here - I just love seeing how many different cards can be made with 1 stamp!
I made this card last weekend but never got to post it due to my memory card mishap! :) I'm not sure if there is a name for this, but I'm calling it a backwards shaker card. Instead of the shaker part being popped up, I popped up the whole card and the shaker is on the inside so to speak.
I wanted the card to resemble those pretty ornaments you can look inside of so I cut a large circle using my CM circle cutter and then cut out a scalloped circle with Nestabilities. Angel Wings Sophia is colored with Copics, has Dazzling Diamonds added to her wings and liquid appliqué to her hem. The glitter inside the shaker is the new large chunky glitter from SU! I added a folded over piece of gold cardstock at the top for the ornament hanger.
So if you'd like to be among the first to have Angel Wings Sophia head over to the Paper Pretties website and sign up for the Stamp of the Month Club - kinda like a Cookie of the Month club with less calories! :)
Cardstock: White (Georgia Pacific), Gold (SU), Patterned Paper: Sandy Lion (I think??), Stamps: Angel Wings (Paper Pretties), Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento), Accessories: Acetate, Chunky glitter and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (SU!), CM circle cutter, Nestabilities, Ribbon & Gold cording (SU!), Copic makers, Dimensionals, Liquid appliqué
Great project! Love your blog!
