Party Time!

Happy Birthday to . . . Danielle!!! Our fabulous Prettie Girl is having a birthday and we're throwing her a party. You can come too! Just head over to her blog, Fat Cat Stamper and leave her some birthday love!!

My assignment was to bring the party favors. I found these adorable little watering can boxes on a site called Favor Affair - they have so many cute cute party favors! This was the perfect inspiration piece for my card for Danielle.

I've made one of these cute little scalloped circle cards before and I just love them! I used the larges scalloped circle Nestabilities to cut the card and then a slightly smaller one to cut my dp which I mounted with the scallops in between the white scallops. The stamp is from Simply Special from Paper Pretties but when I stamped it I omitted the flower on the watering can. Instead, I cut a flower from some dp in the Nana's Kids DCWV matstack and added that to the image which was colored with Prismacolor pencils and OMS. The sentiment is from Bugs and Fishes and I curved it slightly and set it off with some white brads.
