Fun Project

Hello!! I have a quick few minutes to post one of the projects we made last night at my monthly stamping night. If you read Michelle Wooderson's blog, you might have seen these cute notebooks she had - I LOVE them!! What a great idea for anybody. So off I went to Staples, bought a dozen junior sized pads and had them (plus 3 I had at home) cut at the copy center for a grand total of $2.00!

Here is the one we made last night. We also made 4 cards (2 of 2 designs) all with the same Pick a Petal set. I wanted to show the versatility of that set so it was a lot of fun. I'll show you one of the cards tomorrow.

We are still watching Ruby's leg and hoping it gets better with no further intervention. The vet wants to do more x-rays under anesthesia (for about $260) . . . . I think she seems to be improving so we're waiting for now.

So, yesterday we found a kitten in our barn, a cute, tiny little kitten (I'll try and get a picture for later). We did manage to catch it and of course, my girls are in love so we are going to try and keep it. It's beginning to be like a zoo around here! :)

Have a great weekend everyone - thanks for your patience with me and for stopping by!!

I also noticed you're from Maine! I'm originally from Connecticut (born and raised-mom and dad still live there) but LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Maine. I was just able to take my husband and kids to Maine last summer-I have family there-Georgetown Island not too far from Bath-He never thought he'd care to go but now can't wait to go back!!
