Don't Look Jana!

At first I wasn't going to post a picture of this card and project because it's a birthday treat for my blogger friend Jana. But since it's the only thing I had time to do today I'm going to post a picture and say Jana, "it'll be postal tomorrow!!" It really does look better IRL, but another gray day has ruined my photography - I think I need to invest in a some camera lighting and backdrops!

Anyway, I'm sure my now you all recognize the beautiful Cakeabella image. I knew I would use her a lot!! :) The giant clothespin is one I picked up from Kohl's on a tip from Taylor a couple of months ago. This is the first one I've had a chance to alter and I love it!! The paper is Basic Grey (of course) Oh Baby Girl and LilyKate. The ribbon is May Arts (again, of course). The clothespin was a bit tricky to cover and I did not coat the outside of the paper in any way, but now that I did it once (and made a template) I think it will be easier next time. I hope you like it Jana!! :)

Tomorrow is May 1st - Yea!!! So all you out there praying for my May day baby, we'll see what happens (although my mother says "don't hold your breath . . ."). I need some contractions to start so I can call the doctor and get sent to the hospital! :) We'll keep you posted. Have a great day!
