Stampin With Julie

I wanted to show you a few things I whipped up VERY quickly last night and this morning as I went into a panic -- "Oh no, I didn't finish the valentine's for my children, and I need one for my nieces!!" I didn't have time to come up with anything very original, so I went back to that great card layout by StamperSharon and then made another quick bag to go with it (I just love these 1 sheet of paper bags - perfect for little gifts!).

I used SU's Loves Me DS paper with Pretty in Pink, Taken with Teal and Close to Cocoa. The stamp set is also from the Winter Mini, Sweet on You.

Then I quickly made this cute little red, white & black one for my brother's girls. The ladybug is from Very Punny and the letters are from Big Deal alphabet. The sentiment is from Stamping Bella. The card was one we made at PMS night last month and I forgot to take a picture, but it was pretty close to the bag only it said "Love" instead of "XO" and did not have the little ladybugs at the bottom.

That's all the time I had for today, with the snowstorm my husband was home from work so we spent a fair amount of time moving our room around (and of course cleaning under everything when we moved dressers, etc. . . . yuck!!). We bought a new bed on Saturday - did I tell you that already??? For 7 years we have been in a double bed!!!! With 3 small children and another on the way it was waaaaaayyyyy past time to get a king sized bed! So with the help of the in-laws it's ordered and on the way. Funny how the seemingly little (or should I say big) things just get us so excited, isn't it??
