Thanks Snow Much!

Happy Thursday everyone!!  Let me first say a huge thank you for all the sweet comments and congratulations from my announcement Tuesday!! You all are just the BEST!! :)  I made you all a little card to say thanks!  And since there's a new TCP Tuesday challenge I used the fabulous sketch that our equally fabulous Hostess With the Mostest Leigh came up with!   Truth be told I did have a bit of trouble getting started, but in the end it wasn't nearly as hard as I was making it out to be in my mind.  Sometimes we try too hard don't we??

I pulled out the adorable Snowflake Girl from The Cat's Pajamas and paper pieced her little coat.


So many other goodies here too - the Snowflake CutUps dies is one of my favorite snowflakes ever!! I used the sentiment flag from the Easy Rosette CutUps die and of course some yummy Cream Seam Binding which has become a true "go to" ribbon for me!


Here's a closer shot of the snowflake.  And how about that bling? LOVE!! It's a Sparklet from Kaiser and I think I should have them in every color!!

    Julie - she is just too sweet with her paper pieced coat and the seam binding and big snowflake are the perfect embellishments.

    I love how you so jauntily placed that seam binding, it really adds to the look of the card. Add the distressing and sewing? So sweet.
