This set is called Play Ball!! Isn't the long-earred bun adorable with his bat and hat!? I decided it was the perfect opportunity to make a Flip Card. It was super easy following the fabulous Flip Card Video Alma made (btw, check out all the great videos while your there - lots of fun tutorials!) I love the way this card moves, and yet it still fits in a regular envelope!
I had fun making a baseball out of the circle panel using the Inside Pinking CutUps die. Once I had the circle cut out I just added the lines using a black pen. I then cut the pinking die from red paper and then cut it close to the bottom so that I was just left with the little points - these were perfect for the baseball's "stitching"!
And here is the "flip side" or inside of the card. I used the die as as guide and bent the sentiment to fit in the circle! {love}! The 3x3 Stars CutUps die (which must be on backorder right not, sorry!) was perfect for a few great embellies.
I hope you give this Flip Card a try, it's so fun and sure to impress the recipient! Thanks for checking in!
