Growing with Love

It's Monday again and time for another Kitchen Sink Stamps project.  I made this postcard last year, now it just makes me want Spring to come!! Instead,  I have 2+ feet of fresh snow outside my door - and really it looks beautiful!  I don't mind it so much, after all it is February - Spring will come soon!

But, on to this postcard.  This set is 3 Step Hydrangeas, possibly one of my most favorite of the KSS flower stamps! This set produces the most gorgeous hydrangea blossoms and the color possibilities are endless!  This is actually a very cool chipboard postcard (sold in the KSS store) so there's only 1 layer and it can really be mailed.

The ink recipes for the hydrangeas are:

Green large bloom: Step 4 - (Old Olive) SU!, Step 3 - (Kiwi Kiss) SU!, Step 2 - (Shell Pink- stamped off) Adirondack, Step 1 - (New Sprout) Memento

Pink large bloom: Step 4 - (Imperial Purple) Versafine, Step 3 - (Kiwi Kiss) SU!, Step 2 - (Shell Pink) Adirondack, Step 1 - (Angel Pink) Memento

Pink medium bloom: Step 4 - (Imperial Purple) Versafine, Step 3 - (Kiwi Kiss) SU!, Step 3 - (Shell Pink) Adirondack, Step 2 - (Angel Pink) Memento, Step 1 (Angel Pink - stamped off) Memento

Green small bloom: Step 4 - (Old Olive) SU!, Step 3 - (Kiwi Kiss) SU!, Step 2 - (Certainly Celery) SU!, Step 1 - (New Sprout) Memento

Thank you for visiting today, please take time to visit the other KSS Crew members as well.  I hope you all have a wonderful Monday!

  2. This is GORGEOUS Julie! One of my new years crafty resolutions is to use my KSS more and get better at multi-step stamping (it looks so pretty!). Thanks for sharing the color recipes with us too!
