Love & Hearts

Good morning! Another Monday morning and a new week before us. I was able to get a few crafty projects done this weekend and enjoy some family time. The card I made for today's Kitchen Sink Stamps Monday is a very clean and simple (CAS) design but that's s pretty much me these days.

I used  the 3 Step Hearts & Roses from Kitchen Sink Stamps which has this lovely 3 step heart and some beautiful sentiments. I stamped the hearts directly on the patterned paper pennants that I die cut.

My ink recipe was: Step 3 - (Cherry Cobbler) SU!, Step 2 - (Rhubarb Stalk) Memento, Step 1 (Lady Bug Red) Memento. I stamped the sentiment also from the set using the Cherry Cobbler ink and embellished it with a little jewel.

Such a simple card but I think I may use it for my husband this Valentine's Day.. I love it's feel. Be sure to visit the other KSS Crew Members today and I hope you have a great day!
